So we not only provide many complimentary services, but we can also tell you how to use those services to make your event experience better. If you’re not an expert, no problem, we employ talented individuals that are experts in many fields. We will guide you through the planning process step by step and hopefully uncover some areas you didn’t think about. If we can catch a potential problem early, you won’t have to deal with them at your event. If we don’t have the answers you’re looking for we can find them for you. While we love meeting ‘face-to-face’ (most likely virtual) to understand your event needs. Your time is valuable, so we make meetings easy for you. It all starts with a discovery meeting where we actively listen to find out your goals for your event, your vision for how your event should look and feel, and what your budget is. We will spend quality time with you brainstorming ideas, exploring your goals, and how we can make your dream event come alive. Technology makes it easier for us to serve you wherever you are, and we will do our best to ensure it’s a thorough and pleasant experience. After our discovery meeting, we’ll design your quote.
Design & Quote
We will transform your idea and begin creating it. Everything will be laid out so you know EXACTLY what you are getting with no surprises. We will include a variety of valuable information to help you understand what your event will look like. Oftentimes, our clients want to see a few options to choose from, giving them the flexibility to make an informed choice.
Quote Presentation
In the quote presentation phase, the VEP Team will take time to explain everything in the quote(s) so you understand how they align with your goals and ultimately add value to your event vision.
Oftentimes, it’s this step alone that sets us apart from our competitors. Instead of just throwing numbers and fancy event lingo at you, we take the time to explain the importance of each item, and how it can improve your event, or how you can live without it in favor of another item that ranks higher in your priority list.
