Initially, Aveva had an Oktoberfest theme in mind, but with our input, the concept evolved into a more sophisticated club-like experience. Our initial consultations included site visits, projection mapping tests, and a 3D CAD visual, allowing the client to grasp and visualize the proposed ambiance.

Despite numerous last-minute changes, a dead scissor lift, and layout adjustments, the event unfolded flawlessly. A standout memory was witnessing the karaoke room come to life with a costumed attendee singing a spirited rendition of “Highway to the Danger Zone.” Everyone was clearly having fun!
